Geopyxis Center is mainly a commercial project. It consists of 65% commercial use with shops and offices and 35% is residential units.
The building is located in Arhiepiskop Makarios III Ave in Limassol, the busiest road in Limassol. The curtain wall on the front south & west facades leans out along its way to the top, giving a distinguished shape to the building. For the curtain wall high quality thermal proofing glass has been used.
The general layout of the building puts the commercial spaces on the front main road.
The commercial spaces consist of a basement floor, ground floor with mezzanine and five floors on the top, while the residential units has their face to the back less busy road, constructed on 4 floors including ground floor.
